It’s mind blowing to think about the amount of music he made. Not just a renowned emcee but a polished musician who could thrown down on any instrument. My favorite memory was when I saw the Beastie Boys perform with Bad Brains at First Avenue in the early 90s. I was just a kid in high school and I went with my good friend DJ Kool Hanz. That show really gave me a barometer to judge other performances and not many acts have ever came close. RIP Adam.

This kid is the truth. I’ve seen him live a few times. He embodies what an MCEE should be. The last show I saw of him the sound man screwed up his music. Most kids would have coped out and not performed…NICKY GRAMS…FREESTYLED A 15min. SET AND SPIT SOME OF THE DOPEST RHYMES I’VE EVER HEARD…thats Hip-Hop, that’s an MCEE, that’s the kid NICKY GRAMS…
