Minnesota based hip-hop artist I.L.I.C.I.T. has carved out a successful career over the years in the Minneapolis scene. Talent can certainly be credited for the recent surge in notoriety but hard work and dedication are intangibles I.L.I.C.I.T. has working in his favor. The stars seem to be aligned for the local fan favorite who has the similar effect on his fellow peers. Catiblog readers familiar with Minnesota will tell you their favorite I.L.I.C.I.T. stories, I certainly have mine, however those new to I.L.I.C.I.T. will take note of the following items:

January 1st, 2012 – L.O.V.E. music video

January 20th, I.L.I.C.I.T. was recognized at the Twin Cities Hip Hop Awards winning  TC HIPHOP AWARD “STPMAYOR” (Saint Paul Mayor). A true professional and symbol of Saint Paul, I.L.I.C.I.T. was worthy of the award while other less sophisticated attendees use the TC award show as a chance to put on a show for attention.
