I saw Azatat last night at Riddlores? birthday bbq and we talked about how we were going halfs on the rental of a mini disc recorder and a pa system to have sessions back sometime around 1999 or 2000. Basically what I am saying is that he has been rapping with a passion for a long time and is definitely not a stranger to a show whether large or small. I will not go in to every project he has ever done in this post but definitely don’t rule that out for the future because it will eventually happen I am sure. Cell has been his beat man for the longest time now and they work seamlessly together. Grown folks creating good music. They are both audiophiles so you can always expect to hear impressions of stuff you may have heard and said “that would make an awesome sample” to in the music. This happens time and time again with me when I list to their beats. When you go back to the old school Austin Texas scene (pre Eminiem making it acceptable for white people to rap worldwide) there was only a handful of veterans that saw something great unfolding in front of them and devoted blood, sweat and tears to this music game. This is all done for the love of the art form and the love of the fans it what keeps it going. I want to give my old school homeboy Quirino “Q” “Cheffe” thanks and praise for telling Cell about the site as he was definitely someone I meant to include in our community but was just waiting til I saw him out on the town to tell him about it. You will find that there a huge network of people that share common friends on this Catiblog network. There will be some amazing stories, original content, and other exclusive material here. Thanks for flying with catiblog and enjoy these live videos of Azatat and Cell at Club Deville in Austin Texas. I also want to add that the sound is really good in these videos so don’t be scared.
